Ramazan Patak founded Globaltex in 2015 with a vision to provide the hospitality industry a product that would surpass anything that they had ever used before. The idea for Globaltex came from a realization that there was a gap in the market for luxury linens that would hold up against commercial-grade washes. When traveling back to Denizli, Turkey–known by many as the textile mainland of the world–he identified a manufacturer to help bring his vision to life. Ramazan personally oversaw every detail that went into production to ensure the final product was made to the highest standard. 

Today, Globaltex products are sold to a growing number of luxury hotel chains and boutique hospitality locations around the country. Examples include the Ritz-Carlton Miami and South Beach, the Mondrian South Beach, Delano South Beach, as well as The W South Beach and the W Scottsdale. 

Ramazan has been recognized by a number of industry publications for his business expertise and accomplishments. He was named a 2019 “Power Player” by Miami Modern Luxury and a 2018 “Top Professional Under Forty” by Brickell Magazine. Globaltex has also been featured in Inc. as the 249th fastest growing private company in America in 2019, achieving a 3-year growth rate of 1,710%.
