Andy Mackensen is the Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer of SnackNation, a tech-enabled snack delivery service on a mission to nourish and inspire people to do their best work. Under Andy’s leadership, the company has grown from $0 to $30 million in revenue in less than 4 years, and landed on the Inc. 5000 list of the fastest growing private companies in America the past two years.   

 

A self-described “growth hacker, digital marketer, and serial entrepreneur,” Andy is also a combat-decorated U.S. Naval Officer who led a Special Forces fast-boat team in the Iraq War. Andy earned a BS from Boston University and an MBA from Stanford University. He lives in Manhattan Beach, CA with his wife Carrie, and two sons, Brady and Jake.

 

Andy has been instrumental in enabling SnackNation to achieve 3-year growth of 1,293%. Through a customer-focused content ecosystem that includes blogposts, podcasts, webinars, online communities, in-office experiences, and highly produced longform content, Andy has designed a feedback loop that simultaneously drives growth and shapes the entire member journey. The system is designed to create lasting value for members while also providing invaluable consumer insights that drive continued growth. 

 

Additionally, Andy has created a data-driven lead scoring model. In close conjunction with SnackNation’s data scientists, the company has analyzed more than 100k inbound leads to discover the factors that influence conversion. The result was an advanced lead scoring model that prioritized leads and routed them to the right sales reps at the right time, which has led to exponential increases in sales and revenue.
