Brian Sallade is president and CEO of Kinsmen Group. Brian’s career spans over 25 years; including as CEO of two companies, in which he spearheaded the success that ultimately lead to their acquisition. Northstar CV was acquired by SNC-Lavalin Group in 2006, and DataCore Technology was acquired by BlueCielo ECM Solutions in 2007.

Following the acquisition of DataCore, Brian was the Managing Director of BlueCielo North America for eight years with full P&L responsibility, where he led the growth of revenue by over 5x.

In 2015, Brian founded Kinsmen Group, an engineering and asset information control business. The company works primarily through consulting and managed services arrangements. Under Brian’s leadership, Kinsmen Group has achieved near 3-year growth of 2,700% and won multiple large, multi-year contracts with blue-chip customers. Kinsmen Group was also selected as a “Best of the Best Professional Services Companies” by SPI Research. 

Brian built an extensive background, working with organizations such as the US Department of Interior, General Motors, Hydro One, New York Power Authority, Seattle City Light, Idaho Power, Johnson & Johnson, Amgen, Pfizer, Gerdau, Entergy, and Koch Industries.

Brian has been a frequent public speaker on many aspects engineering content management and has also had numerous articles published.
