Darpan is the Founder of Squadhelp, a company which combines crowdsourcing, smart technology and agency-level services to help companies with their naming and branding projects. With over 25 years of experience in technology focused businesses, Darpan is passionate about disruptive, internet focused ventures. Prior to Squadhelp, Darpan also co-founded Fashionara.com, a VC backed, fashion focused eCommerce startup for the India market.

In 2019, Squadhelp was named to the Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest growing companies for the 2nd year in a row (#274) with 3-year growth of roughly 1,600%. Under Darpan’s leadership, Squadhelp also achieved several other milestones, including over 1 million monthly visitors to the website and more than 7 million naming ideas submitted to the platform. 

Prior to becoming a serial entrepreneur, Darpan held various senior level positions with large corporations such as Sears, Kaplan/ Washington Post. Darpan holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management (Northwestern University) and often writes about topics related to Branding and Entrepreneurship on Forbes.com as well as Entrepreneur.com.
