His entrepreneurial spirit emerged at the age of 7 when he leased his go-kart to neighbors and sold candy. The company also helps find home-seeking families to fix up, live in, and take care of the properties for less than the cost of rent. 

Ivan has been featured on CBS NEWS, ABC, NBC, and Fox. He also authored a book in 2018 titled “The Real Estate Philanthroinvestor,” the first book of THE PHILANTHROINVESTOR PHENOMENA series.
