Loren is a born and bred New Yorker, who started Sweet Loren’s after overcoming cancer at a young age. Searching for a way to satisfy her sweet tooth with ingredients she wanted in her body, she made up her own cookie dough recipes that were delicious, non-GMO, gluten free and vegan. From this, Sweet Loren’s was born in 2010.
Over the last 9 years, Sweet Loren’s has rapidly grown and is now sold in more than 10,000 supermarkets around the United States. At its core, Sweet Loren’s is a clean food company on a mission to transform what it means to be convenient and delicious. The company is now the #1 natural cookie dough in the US.
In 2019, Sweet Loren’s was recognized as the 114th fastest growing private company in America and the #1 fastest growing food and beverage brand in New York City by Inc.. In addition, Loren was named to Inc.’s Female Founders 100, a list of the 100 women who are building America’s most innovative and ambitious businesses. Loren is also an avid thought leader, having recently delivered a TED talk on resiliency titled “The Survivor In All Of Us.”
Loren is a graduate of the University of Southern California, attended the Natural Gourmet Institute and The New School, and is a certified Hatha yoga instructor.
