In 2004, Norman relocated from Ohio to work for a friend as a roofing salesman in Southwest Florida. After a few years’ experience and learning about the local industry, he quickly realized most roofing contractors did not have their own licenses and most paid the actual license holder monthly fees. Norman believed that with his Midwest work ethic and his customer-first attitude, he could make a positive impact in the industry and grow a business of his own. 

Today, Roman Roofing, supports over 100 employees and their families. The company has successfully installed and repaired over 6,000 roofs to date. Roman Roofing crews have adorned homes across Southwest Florida with over 14 million square feet of roofing materials. Norman is considered a subject matter expert in roofing materials and services. 

In 2019 alone, Roman Roofing worked with over 1,800 customers. Additionally, Roman Roofing was recognized by the Inc. 5000 as the 152nd fastest growing private company in America with 3-year growth of nearly 2,500%.
