STRATIS is deployed in 1 of 5 new US multifamily developments and has established a footprint in the EU and UK. In 2019, STRATIS became the sole provider to the Google Nest Smart Thermostat Fleet Management Platform and Lutron Lighting Systems for multifamily and student housing. STRATIS earned a National Renewable Energy Lab grant to create digital twin technology for energy metering and monitoring efficiency forecasting in multifamily and student housing. In addition, STRATIS doubled its revenue for the seventh year in a row, leading to 6th place on Best Companies in America by Entrepreneur Magazine and an Inc. 5000 placing for the 740th fastest growing private company in America.
