The Startup Weekly is ecstatic to announce its 2021 Diverse and Inclusive Employers Award. Our selection panel reviewed either (i) anonymous survey results from participating companies or (ii) completed Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (“DEI”) fact sheets. This review was supplemented by feedback from our editorial research team. An internal hurdle rate was established for each of the questions/topics and Companies whose average score per response, for all responses, exceeded the Startup Weekly internal hurdle were selected for the award. We are excited to present these companies who are leading the way in fostering diverse and equitable workplaces!
